Frequent Outages!

I’ve had weekly interruptions for at least 4 months now. I’ve had no explanation on why just the text messages saying there’s a problem! You would think for $117 a month I would get some kind of credit or explanation on why my services keep dropping. My wife constantly complains about not being able to work. Tried the annoying automated Xfinity assistant and phone system. What’s going on!?!?
