Frustrated customer

I just added Disney + and Hulu bundle to my existing service. It took forever. I have 3 Tv's added to my service. When I went upstairs to keep watching it does not let me just get in to it. Wants me to start over again with all the sigh up info. I shouldn't have to do it again. All tv's are connected to same box!!! I need this fixed! Also I cannot always get into peacock and I pay monthly for that too! I want a person to help me and NOT a machine who keeps hanging up. I pay a lot of money for your services and should not have to go through this!! Please help with this issue thank you

Good afternoon user_girts7. Are you referring to the sign in screen for the apps? If you haven't yet logged in on a specific TV, it will require you to log in the first time. It should however give you the ability to remain logged in, so that you do not need to sign in every time.

@XfinityJon I am trying to do the same thing, access Disney+. it's confirmed on my bill, I just checked. Every time i go to the disney app, it says i need to pick a program to pay for and to resubscribe. pls help

user_3ryulg, Once you've set up Disney+ you need to make sure the devices you are using are compatible like our X1 cable box or our Xumo Stream or Flex box. What devices are you using to access it on your other TV's?
