@user_ucgj14 At the end of your troubleshooting were you offered the opportunity to have the replacement equipment sent to you? If not we have a few options for you. You can go into any XFINITY Retail store. I have a link you can use to locate a store of your choosing at https://www.xfinity.com/support/store-selector/. Some store also allow appointments, or you can always walk in. 

Another option is our team can mail out equipment to you. How would you like to proceed?
