Gift card

Was suppose to get a $200 amazon gift card with new customer home internet connection.  Have not received any and we signed up online in December  13,2024. Have made several attempts to get resolved and no gift card. Keep getting no help from customer service.

Thank you for reaching out to us @user_xzra7o! I know I too would want to know when to expect a gift card after 4 months of waiting. The tracker was just mentioned today and was no help! I have a screenshot showing we were supposed to get a 200 amazon gift card for signing up as a new customer on Dec 13th/14th and keep getting the fun around. Today we were told by a rep that maybe it was a scam......um my screenshot was from xfinjty site so whose scamming me?! I guess Xfinkty since I have yet to get my $200 Amazon card I was supposed to get.
