Hi, the previous owner of my house had the x10 service (we've got the fiber drop still), and I'd like to look into setting the service up for myself. It looks like I have to make a public post first and then be allowed to send a DM -- so I'm hoping you'll be able to help with that. Thanks!

shuerta Thanks for reaching out for help with looking into getting our Gig X10 service at your home. We can certainly put in a request to see if your home is able to be set up with this service for you. 

Can you send us a direct message with your full name, name of account holder (if different), and service address please?

To send a "Direct Message" to Xfinity Support:

Click "Sign In" If necessary

Click the "Direct Messaging" icon (speech bubble)

Click the "New message" (pencil and paper) icon

The "To:" line prompts you to "Type the name of a person".

Instead, type "Xfinity Support" there

As you are typing a drop-down list appears. Select "Xfinity Support" from that list

An "Xfinity Support" graphic replaces the "To:" line

Type your message in the text area near the bottom of the window

Press Enter to send it
