Gigabyte user but can’t get connected to Peacock

I’ve talked to at least 3, maybe 4, agents over 2 days and the problem isn’t solved. I’ve seen other questions with the same problem. I already went to the yoursubscriptions link. It shows Peacock as active. I have 3 options under Activate & get info about your subscriptions:

1. Add & manage subscriptions: if I go there it shows stream store & shows Peacock included, then I go to Peacock and it says ‘choose a plan’

2. Plan peacock premium included status active visit Peacock - doesn’t work. Same as #1.

3. Need to reactivatePeacock? Unlink your Peacock subscription. I get ‘something unexpected  happened’ try again later. 


yes, when I go to Peacock, I use the email I use to sign in on Xfinity.

If you followed all the steps and is still having issues I will need to have a ticket completed for you. Can you please send a direct message with the name and address to the account in a direct message to 

To send a "Direct Message" to Xfinity Support:

Click "Sign In" if necessary

Click the "Direct Messaging" icon or  https://forums.xfinity.com/direct-messaging

Click the "New message" (pencil and paper) icon

The "To:" line prompts you to "Type the name of a person". Instead, type "Xfinity Support" there

- As you are typing a drop-down list appears. Select "Xfinity Support" from that list

- An "Xfinity Support" graphic replaces the "To:" line

Type your message in the text area near the bottom of the window

Press Enter to send it.
