Give Me A Real Person or Im Canceling My Service [Edited]

My WIFI has been completely down for 3 days with absolutely NO REASON to show for it???? I restarted the modem 4 times. The [Edited: "Language"] AI and APP says my gateway is FINE. But my wifi literally does not show up!!!

Ive been going in circles with this [Edited: "Language"] ai for 2 hours. 

I am absolutely fed [Edited: "Language"] up with this [Edited: "Language"] service! Why [Edited: "Language"] does your AI circle [Edited: "Language"] me??? Why [Edited: "Language"] doesnt your AI give me an Agent??? Why [Edited: "Language"] doesnt your AI LISTEN???????? It CLAIMED it knew my issue but kept sending me MY OWN INTERNET DETAILS WHICH I ALREADY KNOW, completely UNRELATED TO MY ISSUE!!!!
