Happy Customer due to Awesome Agent

Thank you Vibhu!
I had been frustrated and struggling as my Internet had been down and I have a big weekend coming up where I will be needing it.
I previously reached out to another assistant, and was slow to get a response so I canceled and tried calling support where I was directed an agent would be texting me.
Vibhu reached out instantly and responded promptly throughout the entire conversation. Not only was Vibhu extremely helpful, professional and kind, but I felt like I had their attention and that they WANTED to do good work.
I have not always been satisfied with XFINITY services or customer support, however Vibhu has changed my perspective entirely, and it would actually be benefit the company if every agent performed as well as Vibhu.
I hope this meets the right person, and Vibhu gets the recognition deserved.
