Harassment, Bullies & No Honor!!

Okay now I've wrote this twice because "Opps something went wrong. Please refresh" came on my screen as I went to post it. Good job Xfinity! Keep adding fuel to the fire!!!

Problem: I set up payment arrangement several times in the past 6 weeks because a week later I received a text or/and an email threatening to shut off my service if payment was not made immediately. Considering how many times I received this message I felt bullied and borrowed the money and paid the bill by the date they said to avoid service interpretation.

Over the next 3 weeks I have chatted with 3b different agents who have made sure that the original agreement was still in place and the next week it happened again and again and again.

Yesterday afternoon I chatted with another live agent who went over my account with a fine tooth comb who said she figured out the discrepancies and got everything squared away.

As of 2:00 this morning my service was turn off 7 days before my my agreed due date. In order to get my service restored I had to go online and set up another payment arrangement and yes they restored my service.

So question Xfinity: What is the point of setting up payment arrangement with your customers if you do not honor it and then harass them in to making a payment before the agreement date? I asked that question a few times and never got an answer.

I really hope that somebody takes this matter seriously and gives it the proper attention that it requires and figures out a solution and gives me some answers. I have been a loyal customer for years now and I want honorable service and do not need to feel like I'm being bullied in any way, shape or form.

I completely understand where you are coming from, and it is not the experience we want for our customer @user_9llfo4! We don't have the exact details of the account, and we don't want  your account specific details public. Please send us a DM so we can get the details regarding the payment arrangement.
