Harassment, disappointment, and frustration from the Xfinity reps. what is going on with Xfinity's support teams!?
So I've been here for about 3 days, trying to add some phone lines to my service and to purchase some new phones for the family, and the first rep had apparently filled out the details, lied to me when they told me the order was through -- After 2 days, I contact another rep and they tell me the order WASN'T EVEN FINALIZED!? AFTER there was a huge hold on my bank account for the charge for an order that was never even "finalized" to begin with!
The last rep I spoke to kept trying to do things without permission (trying to use cards that I told him specifically not to use MULTIPLE times) and PRESSURING ME INTO DOING THINGS I DON'T WANT TO DO, and now I am receiving unauthorized codes and message to my phone as well from them? This is literal harassment on top of the fact I couldn't get anything done with them or the previous rep, wasting HOURS of my time trying to purchase products from XFINITY, I won't pay a company that doesn't want to be paid. There will be a report about the harassment in today's interaction and the horrible communication on top of the horrible business practices that XFINITY is promoting by allowing this behavior. I would have understood if it was just one bad interaction, but 3 back-to-back!? And this last one really had outdone themself.
WHAT is going on XFINITY?? This is unbelievable. Starting to regret even signing up for even the internet, it's crazy that I have to post this here due to the fact an Xfinity support email doesn't even exist.

Good evening @777ah777! This is far from the experience we want you to have. Could you please send our team a direct message with your full name and full address? To send a "Direct Message" to Xfinity Support:
Click "Sign In" if necessary
Click the "Direct Messaging" icon or https://forums.xfinity.com/direct-messaging
Click the "New message" (pencil and paper) icon
The "To:" line prompts you to "Type the name of a person". Instead, type "Xfinity Support" there
- As you are typing a drop-down list appears. Select "Xfinity Support" from that list
- An "Xfinity Support" graphic replaces the "To:" line
Type your message in the text area near the bottom of the window
Press Enter to send it.
