Hazard cables fell blocking elderly person and snow plow from driveway
I'm trying to help a family member. And needed to call the fire department today because the cable wires fell crossing her driveway laying on snow. She can't get in and out she's elderly. The snow plow also can't come to do her driveway and she has no access to get in and out of her house because the cables are blocking the driveway. I need somebody to come and help right away. I cannot wait days for this woman to get in or out of the house. She needs an ambulance services. I am in tears. Please this is urgent to get the lines out of the driveway.

I've been trying for hours to get in touch with somebody live at customer service and it's impossible. I'm am breaking down over this.
