I can definitely understand why you'd be concerned about that, especially after calling about it multiple times already. Please know that we want to help get this taken care of for you right away.

To get the ball rolling and make sure we get a ticket created for this specific issue at your property, could you please send me a direct message with your name and the service address? Once I have that information, I can get the wheels in motion to help get those exposed lines addressed and resolved for you. We appreciate you letting us know about this and want to ensure it's taken care of safely and efficiently!
