Help me please anyone!! Bought a device from XFINITY WEBSITE never got and no one is any help.

**update** me posting on this forum actually help

me get this issue solved. After almost a month of no resolution just bill credit I finally got a refund and a phone call. Everyone else just say they will call me back tomorrow or escalate this to their supervisor and blah blah blah. This forum works thanks so much

I have spoken to multiple chat agents I have went inside to visit the store. Did a video call face-to-face and I also have made phone calls every week since the issue occurred.
I bought a phone on their website to as a replacement upgrade. Never got it. FedEx said delivery was going to be on a certain date, but then the package was stuck in the same area and then I noticed that it said  unable to deliver package because it was damaged per shipper and I never received a package and it’s been going off weeks now I have been fighting back-and-forth trying to get my refund for the down payment for the device and no one and I mean no one can get the problem resolved. There is a ticket number for this issue still open and no one can resolve the ticket.  Is there a higher up I can call? If not how can I pursue legal action to get my money?

fed ex people obviously took it device. Just file a dang claim and get me my money back. But no one can help get my money back or anything. Talking to these Xfinity agents is a joke because they keep saying oh it’s on the way and asking dumb questions like clearly you can see the package isn’t moving it’s been a months how the heck is the package still on the way.

You talk about FedEx and Xfinity, but have you gotten in touch with the party you bought the phone from online?  Was it Xfinity Mobile?  Did you call them?
