Help me please
Can someone please help me? I have been trying to switch my internet from one address to another for days. Nothing has been done but my service has been cut off. Now im being asked to pay $150 before the service at the new place will be ok? Suppose to have a tech come out tomorrow, thats another $100. Then they charge you some "one time only" charge of $100 everytime you upgrade service. Why am I being asked to pay to have my own internet turned back on? Ive had this account for over 5 years and never had a problem until now. Ive talked to 5 or 6 people in the last 3 days. Someone that actually understands and works for Xfinity, please help me!!!!! Im about to just find another internet provider than put out over $300 doll hairs!!!
