Help! Moving and change of address

Hello, my name is [Edited: Personal Information] and I have attempted to change my address, which doesn’t seem to have happened. My equipment got delivered to my new address in Colorado but my account is still showing up with my previous address. When I go online to change the address, it’s asking me to choose a plan, which I already have done and paid for. I don’t want to double pay for services and need to understand how to resolve this.
