HELP PLEASE!

Dear Xfinity. I find it very frustrating that I cannot talk to a human being and I keep being sent in circles by Xfinity assistant. I have been trying to update my information and set up my Xumo Streaming device for 2 hours. Every time I call your number, I end up being hung up on by whatever system you have. Someone needs to get in contact with me ASAP. I am starting to lose patience and interest with your services.

To begin, can you please send a Direct Message with your name, the name on your account, the service address, and the contact information you are wanting updated? 
 
Click "Sign In" if necessary
Click the "Direct Messaging" icon at the top of the page (looks like a text bubble)
Click the "New message" (pencil and paper) icon
Type "Xfinity Support" in the "To:" line and select "Xfinity Support" from the drop-down list which appears. The "Xfinity Support" graphic replaces the "To:" line
Type your message in the text area near the bottom of the window
Press Enter to send it
