If your TV isn't working, the first thing to check is whether it's properly plugged in and receiving power; ensure the power cord is securely connected to both the wall outlet and the TV, and try a different outlet if possible; also, check if the circuit breaker hasn't tripped.

user_j9q038 - Thank you so much for reaching out to the Xfinity Forums community for help! I understand how important it is to enjoy your favorite shows on every TV in your home, and I am here to help make that happen. I want to ask a few questions to get a better understanding. Could you let me know if you're seeing any error messages or codes on the screen? That’ll help me get to the bottom of it quickly.

Concern moved here to the Customer Service help section for greater exposure to Comcast corporate employees (The Digital Care Team) for assistance.

I understand that you have had some concerns with your video service and would be happy to provide you the assistance you need. Can you elaborate for me on what exactly is going on with your TV? Are you getting an error message?
