Help with ticket [Edited: Private Information]

I require to speak with someone regarding the aforementioned ticket # as it pertains to setting up service at my property. I’ve been advised that construction needs to take place in order to set up service and that can take 60-120 days without any further details. When I call customer service they are not helpful.
