Why am I not getting an answer from support?. Customers cannot talk to a live agent. My understanding is that this direct chat? Forum is the only way to get support. I also understand that this is supposed to be live Support. Where is everybody? if anyone is listening, this is unacceptable customer support, and I will be looking to change providers as soon as possible!!!

It took 1 1/2 hrs. to get to this point. And no answers? Why is my wifi coverage worse since upgrading?
