Hi I have a support ticket that states closed but my issue is not resolved

Have a support ticket in regards to my reward, was supposed to get the movie inception for free, it shows claimed in my rewards but never received it, ticket says it would show up in my purchased today 7/21/2026 and the ticket was closed however i still don’t have it, not sure what to do next this has been very frustrating

I apologize hearing you haven't received your reward movie, Inception, yet, especially after ticket for the issue is now closed.

I'd like to take a look at your account, to see what's going on. Please send us a direct message with your full name and complete service address to "Xfinity Support". To do so, click on the direct messaging icon located at the top right of this forums page.

Here's the detailed steps to direct message us:

To send us a direct message:
1. Click "Sign In" (If necessary)
2. Click the "Direct Messaging" Icon.
3. Click the "Start New Conversation" (pencil and paper) icon.
4. In the “To:” line, type "Xfinity Support".
5. As you type, a drop-down list will appear. Select "Xfinity Support" from that list.
6. An "Xfinity Support" graphic will replace the "To:" line.
7. Type your message in the text area near the bottom of the window.

@XfinityMelinda​ hi so today is Thursday so I went to my diamond rewards and see I can get the movie “Batman begins” for free but I am unable to claim it…this is really getting annoying now

I'm happy to hear that one started working, @user_02ze3a. Was it doing anything different from Inception, initially, or did it just eventually go through where Inception did not?

At first it would not let me claim it, after a while I tried again and it allowed me to, I then checked my “purchases” and it showed up right away, with Inception I was able to claim it right away, but it never showed up on my purchases…lol as you can see I am a big Christopher Nolan fan
