Hi, I have error on campatibility result.
It said something went wrong with the compatibility test in the app. I wanna add a phone, and I think it adds a phone plan too. Because the fee increased from 35 to 45 dollars this month. (They said to add 10 dollars for the additional phone fee). Can you check it, and if it is possible, can you add my number? [Edited: Personal Information] My phone is a Galaxy S23, so it should work... My xfinity account number is [Edited: Personal Information] If it is not possible to add my phone? Can you remove my additional phone plan?

Click "Sign In" if necessary
Click the "direct messaging" icon
Click the "New message" (pencil and paper) icon
Type "Xfinity Support" in the "To:" line and select "Xfinity Support" from the drop-down list which appears. The "Xfinity Support" graphic replaces the "To:" line
Type your message in the text area near the bottom of the window
Press Enter to send it.
