@user_qtg7hv Hello and thank you for taking the time to reach out to us here on our Xfinity Forums. I'm sorry to hear that you are having service issues. The great news is that you have reached a team of experts who can fully assist you right here on this platform. We can assist you with all concerns right here on this platform and do try to keep our communications on this platform for documentation purposes. This is very helpful since if a follow-up is required, we have a full record of what has been discussed in the event we are off the day of the follow-up. This helps us in not asking the same questions twice or making you repeat anything. :) The other added benefit is that you'll have the chance to save the interaction for accuracy purposes if needed later.
In order for me to fully assist you, please send us a DM to Xfinity Support with your full name and address to get started.
To send a direct message: Click "Sign In" if necessary Click the "Direct Message" icon or https://forums.xfinity.com/direct-messaging Click the "New message" (pen and paper) icon The "To:" line prompts you to "Type the name of a person". Type your message in the text area near the bottom of the window Press Enter to send it
