Home Internet is Out

Why the heck is my internet being shut off at 8:30pm in the afternoon when I’m working on projects. You guys can’t schedule that at 1:00 am in the morning when everyone is asleep?

Hello Spc22 We're so sorry to hear about that interruption. Our Xfinity Status Center will provide the most up-to-date information on when services will be back on. In the cases of unplanned interruptions, we do action these as soon as we can so we get service restored ASAP.

@XfinityAlfonso​ you sent me a 404 page. And I’ve already checked the status page there’s nothing about why. Is Xfinity not capable of pushing maintenance notifications or alerts for customers or users who have the app?

We do provide alerts for maintenance on your MyAccount main page at least 48 hours in advance. With unplanned interruptions, we provide the information as soon as we can evaluate the situation for that ETA for restoration.
