Home internet offline

I've tried troubleshooting with the xfinity assistant multiple times. It keeps telling me I need to set up and appointment but the appointment never goes through. It just says "try again something went wrong".

Oh wow I hate that you were without internet over the weekend! Have you checked for your area at xfinity.com/support/statusmap to see if any area-wide interruptions are being reported?
