home service to set up new cable boxes
I received 3 new cable boxes yesterday. Tried to set them up my self but no luck. I spent over an hour on the phone with a technician and was unable to set them up. I need a technician to come to my home and set them up for me.

Here's the detailed steps to direct message us:
• Click "Sign In" if necessary
• Click the "Direct Message” icon (upper right corner of this page)
• Click the "New message" (pencil and paper) icon
• Type "Xfinity Support" in the to line and select "Xfinity Support" from the drop-down list
• Type your message in the text area near the bottom of the window
