HORRIBLE CUSTOMER SERVICE AND CARE

I just spent 4 hours chatting with 8 different agents. I simply requested a transfer of service in addition to scheduling a technician to support with activating my device due to not having a coaxial cable. The first 3 agents didn’t transfer my service and ended the chat abruptly. The fourth agent scheduled a service for my old address. The fifth agent assisted with the transfer but assured me he’d be able to assist with activating my device remotely (he was unsuccessful) and wasted more of my time. He told me to “be patient” after I continuously asked for him to just schedule a technician. The sixth agent was so helpful but xfinity logged me out (I think due to being logged into the chat for 3 hours at that point) which was frustrating as well because I was actively participating in the chat. This meant the one woman (Nikitha) who was actually helpful was disconnected, the seventh agent quickly transferred me to the eighth agent who scheduled the technician then abruptly left the chat when I’d asked for confirmation that I would not be billed for the technician due to the horrible customer support I received. I wasted 4 hours of my time, 4 HOURS! It would be so much better if when you called xfinity you wouldn’t have to endure and AUTOMATED phone system or (AI agent). What happened to good old fashioned, actually efficient CUSTOMER service? I genuinely have a headache from this experience, and if I didn’t already have my equipment, I PROMISE I would cancel xfinity and go with another service like AT&T or anything else at this point. The customer service gets 0 starts from me. Even with me remaining calm, kind, patient, understanding, and transparent, I was met with rude unwilling to support agents. The pattern was to just placate, pacify, fake support.
