Horrible customer service horrible technology on the apps and web
Everything about this company screams incompetence, from the workers to the supervisors to the agents that help you in so-called customer service unbelievably ineffective and inferior. The service you attempt to do with the app that is available it's non-existent, this Xfinity assistant thing should be canceled and taken out of service It doesn't assist with anything. And most all of your agents need to be retrained and actually you know giving skills to help somebody. There should be some type of cohesion between the automated service the app and the agents. My account doesn't register when I call in on the phone and if I use the app it has my account plus five other old addresses but when I talk to an agent it only has an account that I haven't used in over five six years and then the last account but not the present account.
