Horrible customer service

Xfinity / Comcast [Edited: "Language"]  whenever you call as I'm trying to upgrade something it asked you nine times if you can text you a number for chat first off it's a robot second off you say no every time it texts you the number anyway trying to get a hold of an actual person.
