Horrible customer service

I’ve never written a complaint for a business before. But my experience with Xfinity has been nothing short of awful. 


My experience with Xfinity has been absolute horrible. I am now being a charged for a phone, that I never should have had to have received. Xfinity closed my son's line and in order to restart it had to give me a new phone with a new line for him.... totally Xfinity at fault and yet here as we did not ask for the line to be turned off. Here we are months later with this phone still on my bill as if I have to pay it off.  I will never use Xfinity again. I am switching carriers. 

I was also extremely disrespected in the store that I went to for help. I was accused of lying because the two workers couldn't figure anything out, one told me one thing/ and didn't communicate with his co worker and therefore the co worker called me a liar! HORRIBLE HORRIBLE HORRIBLE service. And for that same matter I am being CHARGED FOR XFINITYS MISTAKE
