Horrible customer service.
When we first signed up with Xfinity, they had great customer service. That’s one reason we signed up with them. Now their customer service is worse than AT&T and I say a whole lot. I would love for someone to contact me so that I can speak with a person. I will not chat with the AI assistant nor go in circles on the phone number.
