Horrible customer service

Horrible customer service, perhaps the worse from any company. I dread having to call for ANYTHING and am actively looking for a new provider ASAP. From the website not working properly and chat function being complete garbage, to the reps not understanding what im asking and instead of helping me lying to me to try and sale more services I dont need or have requested. Then to top it off the constant transfers to the wrong area or automatic prompts only to get hung up on multiple times and spend over 3 hrs trying to get a simple question addressed and answered is ridiculous. I plan on sharing this awful experience and service with extremely large social media following and anyone who will listen

To send a "Direct Message" to Xfinity Support:

Click "Sign In" if necessary

Click the "Direct Messaging" icon or https://forums.xfinity.com/direct-messaging

Click the "New message" (pencil and paper) icon

The "To:" line prompts you to "Type the name of a person". Instead, type "Xfinity Support" there

- As you are typing a drop-down list appears. Select "Xfinity Support" from that list

- An "Xfinity Support" graphic replaces the "To:" line

Type your message in the text area near the bottom of the window

Press Enter to send it.
