Horrible customer service

Three hours on the phone trying to activate a peacock package xfinity sold me, meanwhile they tried to sell me more goods and services while I was trying  to get my issue resolved.  How about you fix the stuff you already sold me before trying to sell me more stuff that doesn't work.  No you did not fix my issue, I simply canceled it, I'll steam through Amazon, might cost more, but at least it works.  Three weeks ago I spent several days and untold hours trying to get my old phone number on a new phone xfinity sold me,  after my old phone got stolen.  Never received apologies or reparations from xfinity, just employees clearly reading from a script, I was told at least twenty times  "I'm the last person you'll have to talk to" and "I'm a customer to I understand your frustration."  Wow is Xfinity terrible.

No thank you, canceled the streaming service, I'll stream through Amazon, I never want to be on the phone with Xfinity again, its a bottomless hole of hours with no answers and no compensation.
