Horrible , deceptive
This company is the worst mobile in history! Pleaseee do Nawt do business with their mobile, these people had me pay 2189 in full to retain service after being on a payment plan/ lied about the payment plan / then told me the only way to keep the phone numbers would be to open a new activation / they purposely closed the account and lied about a phone number in my family plan being deactivated for a year which i had proof it was not/ gave away one of the numbers / refuse to tell me when the number was given away / charged me $113 on dec 14 2025 after they opened the
new account which they made it seem this was why account was closed although that wasnt due until dec 15,2025 , they waited til the phones were paid in full/ then removed insurance from my phones / lied and said it was still on there/ then lied all in the notes during calls/ Refusal to tell me what the $113 was before because this would show they illegally gave false reasons in attempt to open new account and then literally removed insurance from all phones I willll never in my life!!!!! Im filing all kind of complaints and contacting a lawyer because the people in the store wont te you anything! How tf you take money but act as if you dont know why? Lawsuit will be filed
