Horrible service still waiting a week later
Xfinity horrible service. No-showed on Saturday. No showed on Sunday. Have appointment for Tuesday and virtual wants me to confirm it but can’t sign in. Horrible customer service. No one will get me a real person

Their customer service was so bad I just switched my internet and phone. The automated system, over 2 hours on chat just to be told they can’t find out why my internet bill kept changing. It was horrible. So much so I searched other companies to sign up for while dealing with their customer service.
whoever had the idea to outsource and then to try ai and direct everything to text and chat bots is why I left Xfinity. My internet went from $45 to $95 and [Edited: "Language"] so bad I had to turn it off on my phone to talk to them.
