Horrible service
After 6 days of not having internet for hours at a time due to maintenance, horrible customer service on the app and not one of the reps can actually assist, the forum keeps crashing as I try to log a complaint, I am done with Comcast! I can't get a refund because it maintenance but I have lost about 20 hrs of service in the 6 days and can't work from home due to it. Reps leave chats, promise it is fixed or promise a refund, which didn't happen. I have screenshots of all interactions. Also I called 1800 and was told an agent can't assist me for the technical issues. I want answers. I am a paying customer. The "supervisor " i asked for told me they couldn't help me. I asked to file a complaint on the chat, they ignored it many times. Worst service ever!
