Hello @user_0ay5vx, Thank you for taking the time to leave a post. Sorry to hear that you are having issues with your home phone. Can you elaborate more on the issue with your home phone. Do you have a dial tone, but can't make calls or receive them? No dial tone?

There is no dial tone. I cannot make or receive calls . Message on phone says check tel line

Thank you for that information @user_rduzd5. Are you using a cordless phone or a corded phone? Is the phone connected directly to the modem in TEL 1 or into a phone jack on the wall?

@XfinityMarshante​ We have a dial tone and can call out, but calls coming in go straight to voicemail . We also hear the phone clicking in the receiver.
