How can I locate my Xfinity ID # ? Nothing I try seems to work.

I've been trying today to either find my original Xfinity ID number or to change and up date it. Nothing I do works. I just need to be able to log in to my email, and nothing I do seems to work. Why have you guys made this so difficult? OK and why do I not have Services on here any more?

You can find your original Xfinity ID here

To find your Primary user ID, use the Lookup Tool: https://idm.xfinity.com/myaccount/lookup

Just enter the requested information and you will see a listing of all the user ID's on your account, one of which will be the Primary ID.

Hello, thank you for reaching out here in our Xfinity Community forum. We appreciate your time, and I am here to help. Traditionally, your Xfinity ID is the email address you had when you signed up for service (not your comcast.net email). Have you tried that?
