How can your Live Chat be so Atrocious?!?

Here is the first 90 minutes of using the xfinity app to set up my new xb10 modem. You will note that all three the one chat included three ticket numbers, all timed out. Apparently, despite "Live Chat" at the top of the app screen, all were mechanical. All tried to sell me new service. all asked how my day was. When I finally called, she too asked in the same syntax, how my day was. 

Does anyone give a damn at Xfinity? No, definitely not. That's the great thing about consolidation in the industry, no need to serve the customer...
