How do I access my account when it is in Spanish which I can't read

All of a sudden all my Xfinity account information is in Spanish.  I keep getting told to switch it back to English but I can't read Spanish to understand where or how to do this

Concern moved here to the Customer Service help section for greater exposure to Comcast corporate employees (The Digital Care Team) for assistance.

user_sby3vw, Thanks so much for reaching out to Xfinity Support. I know this must be frustrating for you. Are you accessing your account on the Xfinity App or at Xfinity.com?

I fixed it.  Don't ask me how but yes it was very frustrating.

Of course you fixed it! I do apologize for the frustration, but I am happy to hear that you have completed your issue. Is there anything else I can do for you while you have me tonight?

I changed my modem to a new one.  All was well but when I went into my account at xfinity, it was in Spanish.  I need it to be English.  I have spent countless hours on trying to get it to English.  When AI comes on and says how to do it in English, a few seconds later, the instruction are in Spanish. I am not fluent in Spanish.  I am 75 and school was a long time ago.  Help, please

user_my010o Thank you for clarifying that! You can change the language settings back to English by following these steps:

1. Go to the Xfinity website at xfinity.com and sign in to your account.
2. After logging in, look at the top-right corner of the page.
3. Just to the left of your name, you should see a button displaying the current language, such as "Español".
4. Click on that button, and the language of your online account and billing will switch back to English.

Please let me know if that does not resolve the issue.
