How do I cancel my service and talk to an agent to get this done immediately?

This company is a joke. I called to setup a callback 3 times and never got a call.

There is no live number to call to do this, yet every other company out there provides a direct line and number to cancel immediately. 

If you are stating you are putting customers first, then you should provide these options no questions asked vs holding us hostage on your services.

How can I cancel my service immediately?

You can visit a local Xfinity Store to cancel immediately if this works out best for you or you can see your cancel options here;

You can also log into your account via the web or the Xfinity App for more options.

The "To:" line prompts you to "Type the name of a person". Instead, type "Xfinity Support" there
 - As you are typing a drop-down list appears. Select "Xfinity Support" from that list
 - An "Xfinity Support" graphic replaces the "To:" line
Type your message in the text area near the bottom of the window
Press Enter to send it.
