How do I contact customer support?

The xfinity assistant keeps blocking me, my internet isn't working and I can't get any assistance, all I get is this:

Due to the outage in your area I'm unable to get you to an agent or troubleshoot. I apologize for the inconvenience. Our technicians are working hard to resolve the issue now.
Once the outage clears you'll be able to troubleshoot and connect with an agent. For more info on the outage you can visit the Xfinity Status Center and sign up for text alerts or view the outage map.
Let me know if you need help with something else.

No on is willing to help me, I am paying for non-service!

Good morning @user_o7sa6v, and thanks for visiting us on the Xfinity community forums today, I hope you are having a good day so far. As someone that works from home I can understand the frustration when your services have been interrupted. Normally when there is a known issue in an area, the digital assistant is going to link your account to the issue and give you the information about when the service is estimated to be back up, but because that is the same information that the agents have, it will usually have you wait until the issue has been resolved before you will be connected to an agent. Are you still having service issues?

Yup, and there is no way to contact anyone from Xfinity, I even tried to cancel, and they tell me they will schedule someone to call me with in a week, and yet, no one has.
At this point, bout to drop this service.
I do have an alternate backup ISP I seem to use more than Xfinity right now.
