How do I get a hold of somebody that has English as their first language?

They told me that my internet would be back online within 1 hour and that they would follow up with me, neither happened.

Come Monday it is goodbye comcast. After 30 years I finally getting rid of this [Edited: Language] service.

The local utility is bringing fiber to my street, so I won't have to deal with comcast anymore in another week or two.

I talked to a comcast tech who was out repairing my neighbor's line and told me all of the wires coming to our area a very old and slow. 

The consensus of my neighbors is that comcast sucks, my neighbor and I are the last two houses in the area to get 1 gig fiber for a lower price than comcast. Sometimes when I do a speedtest (with the xfinity test) I get speeds from 50 MBPS with a latency in the 130s, other times I get 550 with a latency of 25, it is very, very inconsistent.

I seem to have encountered either 2 or 3 distinctly different troubleshooting programs on the online "help", none of them fixed anything and the Indian online support completely shut down my network. After hours of dealing with those clowns they got it back, then they took it out again, for good. I had to exchange the modem for a new one. I am back where I started. 

Goodbye Comcast!
