How do I get emails from being blocked?

I am not receiving any Southwest emails.  They are being sent to me but there are not in spam.  Can you tell me how to retrieve these and unblock Southwest?

user_ew5t8b Hello! Thank you for reaching out to us here on our Community Forum. Do you check your email through more than one application, have you checked them? We typically won't block emails from coming in unless you specifically designated something as junk/spam.

I check daily on my computer and iPhone. I cannot receive any Southwest emails.  They send me links and emails and I cannot receive any. Do you know how I can unblock them?

user_ew5t8b Let's bring you into Direct Message to see if we can figure out what happened. Here are instructions on how to send us a DM in case you need them:

 Click "Sign In" if necessary
  • Click the "Direct Message" icon (upper right corner of this page)
  • Click the "New message" (pencil and paper) icon
  • Type "Xfinity Support" in the to line and select "Xfinity Support" from the drop-down list
  • Type your message in the text area near the bottom of the window
  • Press Enter to send your message

To help get to the bottom of this issue, I have a couple of follow-up questions. Are you accessing your emails through more than one application or device (such as a mobile phone, web browser, or email client like Outlook)? Sometimes email delivery can be affected by the settings or filters in different apps, so it would be helpful to know how you’re checking your inbox. Also, have you had a chance to check your spam or junk folder, just in case the emails were redirected there by mistake?
