How do I go about getting a cable line moved?

Does anybody know how to go about getting an Xfinity aerial moved?  I want to plant a tree, and it's in the way.  I've tried my local Xfinity store and they were kind of clueless.  I saw elsewhere on this community forum that it was possible.  Any advice would be appreciated.

Hey @user_nvwwzx. Thanks for visiting our official Xfinity Forums Community support page. Please know that it is against our forums rules and guidelines to send an unsolicited Direct Message without being asked by an employee on your post. We recommend visiting our Getting Started in the Xfinity Help & Support Forum, Xfinity Forum Guidelines, and Xfinity Forum Acceptable Use Policy on the "Do's and Don'ts" of the Xfinity Forums platform.

Please send a direct message by clicking the chat icon in the upper right corner of the page, clicking on the pen and paper icon, and then entering “Xfinity Support” in the “To” section. Please include your full first/last name and complete service address (Including the city, state, and zip code), and I'll be happy to help.

@XfinityDemitrius Hi.  I am new to the forum.  I apologize for breaking the rules ... I'm a little confused though by your second paragraph: are you telling me now that I should send a direct message to Xfinity Support?

Thanks,

Paul Lipkowitz

Yes, would you mind sending me your name and the address to your account in a Direct message?

Hello XfinityDuron.  I sent you the information you requested via Direct message.  Did you receive it?

Hello, @user_nvwwzx I'm not finding the direct message. When you have time would you be able to attempt to send another one:

To send a direct message:

Click "Sign In" if necessary

• Click the "Direct Message chat" icon

• Click the "New message" (pencil and paper) icon

• Type "Xfinity Support" in the "To:" line and select "Xfinity Support" from the drop-down list which appears. The "Xfinity Support" graphic replaces the "To:" line

• Type your message in the text area near the bottom of the window, please add your full name and address

• Press Enter to send it
