How do I log a damage claim/complaint?

Xfinity had a 3rd party dig under my driveway and under my lawn to install a neighbors Xfinity service cable.  3 times I asked that they do not come on to my property unless I was present to assure there was no damage to my irrigation system or driveway.  They still showed up when I was not home and did the install damaging my lawn.

Unfortunately the paper and pencil icon is dithered.  I tried via Chrome as well as Edge but neither one allows me to select the icon .  Plese advise.
