how do i receive my free xfinity wifi pod

when we signed up for xfinity we were promissed 1 free wifi pod. its never been sent, we have one location that needs better coverage for a wifi camera. this camera constantly goes in and out of connection. i just asking what was promissed. i understand there is a process that checks our home for connection strength. i believe it has been done at our home. but the camera continues to lose connection due to the poor strength. we have been a very long standing customer. please help

Hi user_6czu7i! Thanks for taking the time to reach out on our Xfinity Forum. We appreciate you choosing Xfinity as your service provider, and please know my team is always here to support you. You will get the first Whole Home Wi-Fi evaluation results email about 14 days after activating xFi Complete. If Wi-Fi Extenders are recommended, the email will include a self-service link to order free Wi-Fi Extenders. Free Wi-Fi Extenders can only be redeemed through the link in the results email.

 

The email would have been sent to the primary email address on file. Just to confirm, have you seen the Whole Home Wi-Fi evaluation results email on your end? Please be sure to check your junk/spam folders.

We would be unable to process an order on our end as the redemption process is all done online through our self-service and email @user_6czu7i. As mentioned above, the evaluation takes place after the Xfinity xFi Complete activation for 14-days. All results would be email whether an Xfinity WiFi Extender is needed and redeemed through that same email. If no Xfinity WiFi Extender is recommended, the evaluation will run every 6 months. Can you do a quick search in your inbox and to see if you received any official Xfinity communications?
