How do I report chat agents?

I have a full transcript for anyone who cares about this issue.

4 or 5 chat agents today told me that I would "guaranteed" have a technician by 5pm and that they were helping me by putting me on the wait-list.

Well, the last dude flat out admitted that they never had a tech available to begin with. So the first people were just lying to get some good ratings.

This is ridiculous and unacceptable.

Type "Xfinity Support" in the "To:" line and select "Xfinity Support" from the drop-down list which appears. The "Xfinity Support" graphic replaces the "To:" line
Type your message in the text area near the bottom of the window
Press Enter to send it

I wanna shout out our chat agent, Deepak. He went above and beyond for us dealing with our router issues. He was kind and earnest  deserves praise. Please pass on the praise if you could. 

The ai chat exited before it let me fill out his survey. It asked me to rate our service and we did then it said "sorry we didn't understand" and proceeded to ask what I needed help with today.
