How do I report property damage caused by Comcast

Dear Comcast, We have no common area outdoor lighting to our buildings and parking lot.

Comcast is doing new construction at [Edited: "Personal Information"] area installing service access lines to our five residential buildings there.

They dug in our parking lot without the area being Julie located and  in the process punctured our waterline. They repaired the hole and Cold patched our parking lot but since then we have had no common area outdoor lighting. No lights on the buildings or to the parking lot lights that illuminate the area at night it is now pitch black. Please repair this.

Dear whoever this is Xfinity, thank you for your reply but it doesn't help much if you don't tell me where to go to sign in. Why have all the layers to report a complaint to Xfinity Comcast. I have to Google where to write to Xfinity which puts me on this community page, which was answered by I don't know who, to tell me to go sign in and send a direct message. sign in Where? I a..m a previous customer of Xfinity Comcast living at [Edited: "Personal Information"] I asked for new service to be brought to this area by Xfinity Comcast. They've been digging in building out here for a couple weeks putting a new cable. They did so without having a joint utility Location service or 'Julie' of the area to tell them where powerline, sewer, electrical etc. were we're located. Consequently they dug up our parking lot to land cable and punctured our Watermain. Which was repaired and the asphalt replaced with cold patch. Since this time it's been several weeks now we've also been without common area outdoor lighting. This is the common area lighting on the outside of all of our buildings and street light poles.

My address is the middle of five buildings. Which have 10 residences 2 per building. Can you fix this or should I call Florida power and light or the code compliance office. It's pretty much common knowledge that you have the area "Julied" when you pull a permit and before you begin construction. So you don't cut into utilities that are buried in the area.

[Edited: "Inflammatory"] I even had someone come to my home to take pictures of the damage they did.  He gave me a business card with a phone number I cannot use to reach him and told me someone would be in touch first thing Monday.  It's now Wednesday, my damage ticket is closed (there is no way you can view any action they've taken on your tickets so that system is also [Edited: "Language"]), nobody has contacted me and I have a hole on the interior and exterior of my home where their technician drilled through my walls trying to fix something which, after four hours, he decided he couldn't fix.  Now I've paid more than $200 to get the original problem fixed and who knows how much I'm going to have to pay to repair the damage to my walls and have them repainted!! [Edited: "Inflammatory"]
