How do I talk to a real person?
I've been stuck in the purgatory loop of the Xfinity assistant all day, and just have a couple of simple questions. The assistant says I cannot speak to a person because there's an outage in the area. This concerns code XRE-03121 on a newly installed box, yet my other box and internet are working.
