how do i to speak to a biologically active entity?

it seems all of the communication mediums at comcast are robocall bots that throw you in a loop of phone-ai support agents, website-ai support agents, and app-ai support agents that all repeat the same four sentences. is it possible to speak to an actual member of the human species when i call the customer support line? this is reality and this is a company which means there are people that work at said company - so why is it impossible to get in touch with any of them? this company has the worst customer service on the planet.

i have been trying to reset my home personal wifi password and username and i cannot get human help. i changed the network id and the password but i still have several problems. so for context: 

we have two wifi systems in this house, one is personal and the other is business. i am trying to change the username and password on the personal network. however, when i did so, all it did was create another wifi network, so now i have three: business, old personal, and new personal. and i dont understand because of the new modems/routers/gateways and extenders that are all over the home.

Alright, thank you for that information. I do have a couple follow-up questions to help me understand a little better as well. Are you using an Xfinity gateway? Where did you change or attempt to change the network name and password? Was it through the Xfinity App, or on the Xfinity website?

it wouldnt allow me to change the wifi name and password through either the website or at 10.0.0.1 so i had to use the app. and yes we have a gateway.

Okay, when you mentioned a new one created, and the old one remaining, are they showing up as 2.5 ghz and 5 ghz for the networks?
